CANCELLATION and PAYMENT POLICY
Payment:
Private Sessions: Payment due at time of services rendered.
Multi-Session Private or Group Intensives: Payment due for entire Intensive one week prior to Session #1.
1-Day Intensive: Payment due 24 hours in advance.
Payment Method: Venmo preferred. Cash or check by request only and at the discretion of the instructor. PayPal is only acceptable if the client specifically requests this method and *agrees to select the "Friends and Family" option; otherwise PayPal takes a percentage of the money for themselves, and the client will be responsible to then make up the difference.
Rescheduling/Canceling:
Private Sessions: If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson, they must contact Keri immediately to make alternate arrangements. If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled appointment or intensive, payment is due in full before the start of the originally scheduled lesson, payable immediately via Venmo: @keri-safran.
Intensives, 1-Day & Multi-Session: If a client must withdraw from an Intensive after payment has been made, they must notify the instructor immediately in order to discuss alternate arrangements and so their spot can be offered to another client. Alternate arrangements can include securing a spot in a future intensive or doing a make-up class with other participants who may have had to miss a session or withdraw entirely as well, etc. If a client withdraws less than 72 hours before the start of a Multi-Session or Intensive course, they forfeit their spot and payment entirely, and no class credit will be issued. In no cases will refunds be issued.
